Breaking the absence
I WAS down in the dumps and busy beyond belief, getting ready to finish up the semester in late June.
For the past two months I've been traveling around the U.S. and Canada with limited internet access.
So I've hit all three excuses for being away from my blog!
I've been traveling across the U.S. and it's given me a taste of what it'd be like to live in three major areas of the U.S. This summer has taken me from the East Coast (my beloved New York, and Philadelpia and Boston), to Canada (Ottawa & Toronto), to the Midwest (Chicago and Champaign-Urbana, Illinois), to Vancouver, to the Northwest- Alaska and finally Seattle (which is where I am now). By the end of it all I will have spent the longest period of time, about 2 weeks in of all places- Seattle and I can tell you that strangely enough, this place is starting to grow on me.
