Undulating
A patch of trees swayed in slow soft waves
Rippling
Fanned by a gentle breeze
Deep in the sea
Undulating tentacles of a sea anemone
Following
The current's ebb and flow

Undulating trees, pliant servants of the waves;
Rippling fans, lined along the corrugated rocks, sessile crowds in an eternal ticker-tape parade;
sea anemones -- ululating on the undulating floor; bewailing what? The water rolls on, indifferent to their worship.
